Return Policy
At DEALR, we take pride in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your package, you have 24 hours to communicate any discrepancies, including missing or incorrect items or items that may have been damaged during shipping. While instances of missing or incorrect items are extremely rare, they can occur due to the fact that each shipment is packed by hand. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of your package and items to provide when requested.
- Eligibility for Returns:
Any return or refund must be approved. We do not accept returns or issue any credits which haven’t been expressly approved by our customer service team. Please see the section on Initiating a Return for more details. Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with all seals intact. - Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, as well as any products deemed unsaleable (beyond 365 days from the packaged date). - Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Ensure you have your order number and proof of payment attached to the email. Clearly state the issue you are experiencing with the product. Returns and refunds are authorized at our sole discretion based on the information provided. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to ship back the unopened product. - Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your items are returned safely. - Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. DEALR Cannabis Inc. does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. All refunds will be issued in the form of credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your account. You can view this credit by navigating to your account profile. - Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance. We may require photos to process your claim. Some products, such as extracts and edibles, are extremely temperature-sensitive. While DEALR takes precautions to ensure they are shipped with care, we cannot accept responsibility once the package has been delivered. - Lost Packages:
Packages may be lost or misplaced during shipping; we do not guarantee delivery of these packages. If you believe your package is lost or has been stolen, you must inform us. DEALR takes missing packages extremely seriously. Due to the nature of our business and the fact that cannabis is a controlled substance in Canada, we are compelled to open an investigation with Health Canada and the RCMP.
