Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Once your order is placed, we begin processing your payment promptly. Please note that payment processing occurs only on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal and provincial holidays. After payment has been confirmed, our team will prepare your order for shipment. Kindly allow up to two (2) business days for us to pick, pack, and ship your order once the payment has cleared. For compliance reasons, no products will be shipped until payment is received in full.
Free Shipping on Direct Delivery Orders
DEALR proudly offers free shipping on all Direct Delivery orders. To maintain this benefit, we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier based on the most cost-effective method available. This ensures we can continue offering competitive prices with no added shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We are only able to ship to companies that have registered for an account with us and provided a valid Cannabis License issued by the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch of British Columbia. All licenses must display an expiry date that has not yet passed.
In accordance with Health Canada and provincial regulations, we are only permitted to ship products to the address listed on the aforementioned Cannabis License. We are unable to split orders; retail stores operating multiple locations are encouraged to order and ship all products to a single address.
At this time, DEALR does not offer international shipping.
Signature Requirement
Due to the nature of our products, a signature is required upon delivery of your package(s). You must ensure any signor is of legal age. Any signature provided will be recognized by our company as being given by an authorized representative.
Service Interruptions
Please be aware that packages may arrive later than anticipated due to potential service interruptions beyond our control. Such situations may include natural disasters such as flooding or forest fires, which can affect our chosen courier’s operations and delivery timelines.
Additionally, our carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or holidays. Please order early to avoid any potential delays.
Shipping Discrepancies & Damaged Goods
Upon receiving your package, you have 24 hours to report any discrepancies, including missing, incorrect, or damaged items. While our team strives for accuracy, occasional errors can occur as all shipments are hand-packed. To help us address any issues quickly, please retain all original packaging and provide photos of the package and contents when requested. For any returns or exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
