Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our website. The term “DEALR”, “DEALR Cannabis”, “DEALR Cannabis Inc.” or “We” and “Us” refers to the owner of the website. The term “You” or “Your” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the online ordering platform provided by DEALR, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services. - Age of Majority
You must be of legal age in the province or territory where you reside to use our website. - Eligibility for Online Ordering and Direct Delivery
You must be of legal age in the province or territory of Canada where you reside to use our online ordering platform. Direct Delivery / ordering online requires account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Retailers participating in the Direct Delivery program must supply a copy of their active, unexpired retail cannabis license. Due to regulatory compliance, we are only able to ship directly to the address listed on your retail cannabis license. Direct Delivery is available only to eligible retailers in eligible regions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Delivery times may vary due to delays beyond our control. - Payment for Direct Delivery and Receipt of Order
To place an order, you or your authorized representative must add the desired items to your cart. By completing the checkout process, you agree to purchase the products in your cart and pay the specified amount. You are required to read all information outlined for each payment type, as you select it and as it appears on your invoice. Different payment types are associated with different fees which the buyer must familiarize themselves with and pay. Additionally, some payment options, such as eTransfer indicate instructions which you must follow in order for us to release your order. If you have any questions about this process, please email [email protected] prior to placing your order. Payment is required within two business days for your order to remain active within our system. After this time, we will automatically cancel or suspend your order. Please communicate with us immediately if you foresee any issues with this schedule to prevent items in your cart from being sold to other retailers. Once your order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not permitted. After delivery of your order, you have five business days to communicate any discrepancies. - Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Proof of purchase is required, as well as photographs of both the front and back of the package. All images and proof of purchase must be clear and legible and provided within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Potential returns or refunds must be communicated to our customer service team at [email protected] and are subject to validation. For compliance reasons, we are required to collect your personal data whenever a refund/customer service complaint or inquiry is made. This data is stored securely and will not be shared with unauthorized parties, in accordance with data regulation laws in Canada. - Cannabis as a Perishable Commodity
Cannabis is perishable and degrades in extreme temperatures. Hot, humid summers or dry, cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your cannabis during shipment. DEALR is not responsible for, and will not replace, cannabis that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your cannabis order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the cannabis passes to the purchaser. Once sold to a customer, DEALR recommends transferring cannabis from a mylar bag to an airtight, clean and humidity-controlled container to preserve quality and freshness. - Data, Trademark Usage, Copyright, and Liability
